Sinds 2020 procedeert PILP tegen de minister voor Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking (BHOS) over het recht op toegang tot informatie over wapenexport voor Egypte. De minister van Buitenlandse Zaken (BZ) heeft besloten om geen enkele bron van informatie openbaar te maken over een vergunning voor wapenexport naar Egypte.
