Facebook data release – Letter
PILP, together with Privacy First Foundation, Bits of Freedom and the Civil Rights Protection Platform and two citizens, has sent a letter to Facebook demanding it to stop data transfers to the United States. In a previous case, the ECJ found that the so-called safe harbour principles were not in line with EU law.
