In the writ of summons, the travellers demand, among other things, a declaratory judgment that the municipality of The Hague makes prohibited racial distinctions and thus acts unlawfully. The travelers want the municipality to stop its discriminatory travellers\u2019 extinction policy. The case will be heard by the District Court of The Hague on April 3, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyers from <a href=\"http:\/\/pilp.nu\">PILP<\/a> and from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.houthoff.com\/\">Houthoff<\/a> support the travelers in these proceedings, so that they have a real prospect of being able to live in a caravan again and the opportunity to exercise their shared culture.
